Stew Johnson is a legendary dude for many reasons. Mostly known for his videos that are epic and timeless. Most likely every BMXer has seen at least a clip that he has shot even if they didn't know it. What you don't see much of is his bike that is behind the camera. BMX supercross tracks are getting crazy big and insanely fast. Watch this video the woman go first and Minnesota's own Alise Post takes the win. The men are right after and some serious crash go down. These will be some of the same races that will be in the Olympics this summer!

It has been a little while since we had a good BMX show come to town. Lucky for us on Cinco de Mayo (5th of May) St. Paul had the Monster Engery show. It was a great time hangout, eating food on a stick and watching BMX all while yelling super loud in hopes of getting a free shirt. Here are some photos.
